Abstract:
With the rapid development of smart distribution networks, the number of distribution terminals (such as FTU, DTU, LTU, etc.) has increased sharply. The traditional segmented operation and maintenance mode is facing problems such as low efficiency, high cost, and data silos. This paper proposes a unified operation and maintenance platform for distribution terminals based on the full life cycle, integrating real-time monitoring and management of the full life cycle of terminals from equipment arrival, detection, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, to emergency repair. By constructing standardized protocol interfaces, intelligent configuration of point table templates, and a collaborative management platform, it realizes panoramic perception of status and collaborative optimization of resources, assisting in dynamic analysis of the full life cycle of medium and low voltage distribution terminals and comprehensively enhancing the terminal quality control capabilities of power companies. The research results show that the construction of a unified operation and maintenance platform for the full life cycle of distribution terminals can significantly improve the operational reliability of distribution terminals, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and promote the realization of intelligent power grids.
