Design and Application of a New Type of Scalable Hard Shield for Live Working in Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 针对传统配电网带电作业遮蔽装置存在的安装困难、连接不稳定及回收复杂等问题,详细阐述了新型10 kV可伸缩式硬质遮蔽罩的设计思路与应用实践。通过多节式伸缩结构、高性能绝缘材料选择及智能控制创新,实现了遮蔽罩在不同作业场景下的灵活应用与安全保障。经实验室测试与现场应用验证,该遮蔽罩在绝缘性能、机械强度和操作便捷性等方面均优于传统产品,显著提升了配电网带电作业的安全性与效率,为电力行业的发展提供了可靠的技术支持。

     

    Abstract: This paper elaborates on the design concept and application practice of a new type of 10 kV retractable hard shielding cover, which addresses the installation difficulties, unstable connections, and complex recovery issues of traditional live working shielding devices in distribution networks. Through multi section telescopic structure, high-performance insulation material selection, and intelligent control innovation, the flexible application and safety guarantee of the shielding cover in different work scenarios have been achieved. Through laboratory testing and on-site application verification, the shielding cover is superior to traditional products in terms of insulation performance, mechanical strength, and ease of operation, significantly improving the safety and efficiency of live working in distribution networks and providing reliable technical support for the development of the power industry.
