手持式继电保护双光纤通道测试仪的设计与应用

Design and Application of Handheld Relay Protection Dual Fiber Channel Tester

  • 摘要: 纵联保护的可靠运行依赖于通道收、发延时的一致性,但工程现场难以直接测量或判断通道收、发延时的不一致性。为此,通过分析保护通道延时的构成及指标要求,提出了一种双向时延测量方法。为实现两侧仪器在对测过程中的时间同步,采用北斗/GPS授时系统作为统一时间基准,并设计了相应的测试流程。该测试仪显著降低了时延测试复杂度,提升了工作效率,减少了人工操作时间和成本,同时提高了测试结果的准确性与可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The reliable operation of longitudinal protection depends on the consistency of channel receiving and transmitting delays, but it is difficult to directly measure or judge the inconsistency of channel receiving and transmitting delays on the engineering site. This article proposes a bidirectional delay measurement method by analyzing the composition and indicator requirements of protection channel delay. To achieve time synchronization between the instruments on both sides during the measurement process, the Beidou/GPS timing system is used as a unified time reference, and a corresponding testing process is designed. This tester significantly reduces the complexity of latency testing, improves work efficiency, reduces manual operation time and costs, and improves the accuracy and reliability of test results.
