Abstract:
In order to guide and regulate the orderly implementation of electrical fire prevention and control in cultural relic buildings, the National Cultural Heritage Administration and the Fire Department of Ministry of Public Security have standardized the methods for assessing the risk of electrical fires and determining the risk level in cultural relic buildings for the first time. They have specified the characteristics and rectification objectives of each type of electrical fire hazard and proposed detailed requirements for the installation of electrical fire monitoring systems, electrical fire prevention and control management, and daily inspections. The fault arc detector is an important supplement to the detection technology of the electrical fire monitoring system. This article aims to introduce the electrical protection design of fault arc detectors on cultural relics and ancient buildings, and share the advantages of fault arc detectors in conjunction with smart electricity management cloud platform through examples.
