容性负荷智能电能表电流极性反接辨识方法

Identification Method of Current Polarity Reverse Connection for Capacitive Load Intelligent Energy Meter

  • 摘要: 三相三线智能电能表在中性点不接地系统中运用相当广泛,通常用于内部考核关口、用电客户贸易结算等计量点。结合10 kV高供高计用户智能电能表C相电流极性反接,引起计量数据异常,分析C相电流极性反接前后数据变化规律,计算退补电量,提出措施防范各种风险。

     

    Abstract: Three phase three wire smart meters are widely used in neutral ungrounded systems, usually used for internal assessment checkpoints, electricity customer trade settlements, and other metering points. Based on the 10 kV high supply and high metering users, the reverse polarity of the C-phase current of the intelligent energy meter caused abnormal measurement data. Analyze the data change pattern before and after the reverse polarity of the C-phase current, calculate the amount of electricity to be refunded and supplemented, and propose detailed measures to prevent various risks.
