35 kV操作杆不停电作业更换耐张绝缘子串工具

Tool for Replacing Tension Insulator Strings During Uninterrupted Operation of 35 kV Operating Pole

  • 摘要: 耐张绝缘子串在长期使用过程中,不可避免会出现老化现象,如果不及时更换,就会对输电线路的运行安全造成影响。针对35 kV输电线路耐张段绝缘子老化问题,提出采用操作杆不停电作业技术进行更换。针对山区复杂地形及大张力导线工况,通过对比液压与机械式操作杆性能,优选液压操作杆配合绝缘紧线器方案。经模拟测试验证,作业时间控制在25 min/串,绝缘电阻大于1000 MΩ,满足安全标准。

     

    Abstract: Tension insulator strings are inevitably prone to aging during long-term use, and if not replaced in a timely manner, it will have an impact on the operational safety of transmission lines. This study aims to address the aging issue of insulators in the tension section of 35 kV transmission lines, and proposes the use of non power outage operation technology with operating poles for replacement. In response to the complex terrain and high tension wire working conditions in mountainous areas, the performance of hydraulic and mechanical operating rods is compared, and the hydraulic operating rod combined with insulation tightener scheme is optimized. Through simulation testing, it has been verified that the operation time is controlled within 25 minutes per string, and the insulation resistance is greater than 1000 MΩ, which meets safety standards.
