基于LabVIEW的自动化实操技能考核系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Automatic Practical Skills Assessment System Based on LabVIEW

  • 摘要: 现阶段电厂维修人员流动性大,为保障维修现场的安全、高质、高效,需要提前对维修人员进行考核,但考核耗费大量人力物力。为提高人员考核效率,减少考核评委人力,设计了一种基于图形化编程工具LabVIEW的自动化实操技能考核系统。考核系统集成在一个集装箱内,可进行一站式自动考核,同时对机械、仪控、电气3个专业的维修人员进行4个等级考核,涵盖器具使用、拆装验证、仪器使用等20余种专用考核装置。自动化实操技能考核系统采用C/S架构,由1个服务器和3个考核客户端组成,考生在客户端按照语音提示进行实操,服务器对实操进行自动考核,现场给出考核成绩和证书。经过使用,证明该系统可以节省现场考核人力物力,提高考核效率。

     

    Abstract: At present, there is a large mobility of maintenance personnel in power plants. In order to ensure the safety, high quality and efficiency of the maintenance site, it is necessary to assess the maintenance personnel in advance, which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources. In order to improve the efficiency of personnel assessment and reduce the manpower of assessment judges, this paper designs an automatic practical skills assessment system based on graphical programming tool LabVIEW. The assessment system is integrated in a container, which can carry out one-stop automatic assessment. At the same time, four levels of assessment are carried out for three professional maintenance personnel of mechanical, instrument control and electrical, covering more than 20 kinds of special assessment devices such as appliance use, disassembly and assembly verification, and instrument use. The automatic practical operation skills assessment system adopts C/S architecture and consists of a server and three assessment clients. Candidates perform practical operation according to voice prompts in the client, and the server automatically assesses the practical operation, and gives the assessment results and certificates on the spot. It is proved that the system can save manpower and material resources and improve the efficiency of assessment.
