Abstract:
At present, there is a large mobility of maintenance personnel in power plants. In order to ensure the safety, high quality and efficiency of the maintenance site, it is necessary to assess the maintenance personnel in advance, which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources. In order to improve the efficiency of personnel assessment and reduce the manpower of assessment judges, this paper designs an automatic practical skills assessment system based on graphical programming tool LabVIEW. The assessment system is integrated in a container, which can carry out one-stop automatic assessment. At the same time, four levels of assessment are carried out for three professional maintenance personnel of mechanical, instrument control and electrical, covering more than 20 kinds of special assessment devices such as appliance use, disassembly and assembly verification, and instrument use. The automatic practical operation skills assessment system adopts C/S architecture and consists of a server and three assessment clients. Candidates perform practical operation according to voice prompts in the client, and the server automatically assesses the practical operation, and gives the assessment results and certificates on the spot. It is proved that the system can save manpower and material resources and improve the efficiency of assessment.
