基于模糊控制的脱硝喷氨量研究

Research on the Amount of Ammonia Injection for Denitrification Based on Fuzzy Control

  • 摘要: 针对燃煤电厂等工业锅炉烟气脱硝(DeNOx)过程中,选择性催化还原(SCR)系统喷氨量控制精度直接影响脱硝效率和氨逃逸率的关键问题,提出了一种基于模糊控制的喷氨量优化策略。首先,分析了影响SCR脱硝效率的主要因素,阐明了喷氨量精确控制的复杂性和必要性。随后,探讨了现有喷氨量控制策略及其局限性,并在此基础上设计了一种自适应模糊控制器。

     

    Abstract: In response to the key issue of the direct impact of ammonia injection control accuracy on denitrification efficiency and ammonia escape rate in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems during flue gas denitrification (DeNOx) processes in industrial boilers such as coal-fired power plants, this paper proposes an ammonia injection optimization strategy based on fuzzy control. Firstly, the main factors affecting the efficiency of SCR denitrification were analyzed. The complexity and necessity of precise control of ammonia injection amount were elucidated. Subsequently, the existing ammonia injection control strategies and their limitations were discussed. On this basis, an adaptive fuzzy controller was designed.
