Abstract:
In response to the key issue of the direct impact of ammonia injection control accuracy on denitrification efficiency and ammonia escape rate in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems during flue gas denitrification (DeNO
x) processes in industrial boilers such as coal-fired power plants, this paper proposes an ammonia injection optimization strategy based on fuzzy control. Firstly, the main factors affecting the efficiency of SCR denitrification were analyzed. The complexity and necessity of precise control of ammonia injection amount were elucidated. Subsequently, the existing ammonia injection control strategies and their limitations were discussed. On this basis, an adaptive fuzzy controller was designed.
