基于SFB平台的焊接实验教学平台开发与设计

Development and Design of Welding Experiment Teaching Platform Based on SFB Platform

  • 摘要: 针对目前高校装备制造大类专业实验室教学平台装备困难、投入高、台套数少等问题,基于数字孪生技术,以SFB平台进行在线焊接机实验平台开发设计,从总体设计、数字孪生体创建、调试验证等举例说明基于SFB平台在线焊接机开发设计过程,为数字孪生技术在装备制造领域的深入研究做出了一定的探索。

     

    Abstract: In response to the current difficulties, high investment, and limited number of equipment in teaching platforms for equipment manufacturing majors in universities, this article is based on digital twin technology and takes the development and design of an online welding machine experimental platform on the SFB platform as an example. It illustrates the development and design process of an online welding machine based on the SFB platform through overall design, digital twin body creation, debugging and verification, and provides some exploration for the in-depth research of digital twin technology in the field of equipment manufacturing.
