基于HMI交通灯项目组态仿真技术应用

Application of HMI Traffic Light Project Configuration Technology

  • 摘要: 高职院校PLC课程教学过程中,交通灯是经典项目。设计时序图采用HMI+PLC虚实联调的3种调试方法,丰富了教学手段,解决了教材和实训设备不配套时无法开展实训活动的难题,同时HMI车辆动画增加了学习趣味性。

     

    Abstract: In the teaching process of the PLC course at higher vocational colleges, traffic lights serve as a classic project. When designing the timing diagram, three debugging methods involving HMI + PLC virtual-real combined debugging are adopted. These methods enrich the teaching approaches and resolve the challenge of being unable to conduct practical training activities when the teaching materials and training equipment are not well-matched. Meanwhile, the vehicle animation on the HMI adds an element of fun to the learning process.
