核电厂中压配电系统新型微机消谐装置功能及消谐有效性验证

Function and Verification of the New Microcomputer Static Compensation Device for Medium Voltage Distribution System in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 基于某核电厂中压配电系统铁磁谐振试验平台,针对柴油机应急、厂变运行、辅变运行及间歇性接地等多种工况,对新型微机消谐装置的功能及消谐有效性进行了系统性验证。试验结果表明,新型微机消谐装置在2500次消谐试验中识别与消除成功率均达100%,且在极端工况下仍保持高可靠性,消谐电阻与装置并联可显著提升消谐效果。此外,装置在连续运行工况下温升可控,未对设备造成损伤。研究结果为核电系统中压配电系统的安全稳定运行提供了重要技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: This paper is based on the ferromagnetic resonance test platform of the medium-voltage distribution system in a nuclear power plant, and the functions and resonance effectiveness of the new microcomputer resonance elimination device are systematically verified under various working conditions, such as diesel engine emergency, plant transformer operation, auxiliary transformer operation, and intermittent grounding. Test results show that the identification and elimination success rates of the new microcomputer resonance elimination device are both up to 100% in 2500 resonance elimination tests and it still maintains high reliability under extreme working conditions. The parallel connection of the elimination resistor with the device can significantly improve the elimination effect. In addition, the device has a able temperature rise under the continuous operation condition and does not damage the equipment. The research results provide an important technical support for the safe and stable operation of the medium-voltage distribution in nuclear power systems.
