核电厂汽水分离再热系统压力逻辑功能分析

Pressure Logic Function Analysis of Steam Water Separation Reheater System in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 某M310机组汽水分离再热器系统设有专用的微机控制器,在汽轮机启动和停运时自动控制二级再热器加热蒸汽的压力。在汽机升速期间,通过控制器自动控制进入二级再热器加热管束的蒸汽量,保证进入中压缸的再热蒸汽不带任何水分;在发电机并网和负荷升到约5%额定负荷后,控制器根据汽机负荷来设定二级再热压力整定值,然后通过增加进入每台汽水分离再热器的新蒸汽流量,使得二级再热器加热蒸汽压力按照功率水平逐渐升高,直至达到正常运行时的蒸汽参数定值。对GSS系统压力逻辑进行简单介绍。

     

    Abstract: The steam water separation reheater system of a certain M310 unit is equipped with a dedicated microcomputer controller to automatically control the pressure of the steam heated by the secondary reheater during the start-up and shutdown of the steam turbine. During the turbine speed increase period, the controller automatically controls the amount of steam entering the secondary reheater heating tube bundle to ensure that the reheated steam entering the intermediate pressure cylinder does not contain any moisture. After synchronous grid connection and load increase to about 5% of the rated load, the controller sets the secondary reheater pressure setting value according to the turbine load. Then, by increasing the flow of fresh steam entering each steam water separation reheater, the heating steam pressure of the secondary reheater gradually increases according to the power level until it reaches the steam parameters during normal operation. This article briefly introduces the pressure logic of the GSS system.
