GIS全链路数字化控制技术研究

Research on GIS Full-chain Digital Control Technology

  • 摘要: 针对目前气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备二次控制回路原始信号用量多、回路设计复杂、回路功能变更困难、电缆接线维护工作量大等问题,提出了全链路数字化控制技术方案,完成了252 kV数控型GIS样机的设计、制造及试验验证,实现了二次控制回路从源端到末端的完全数字化。该方案具有原始信号一次采集多回路复用、回路功能参数化配置、回路状态可监视的优点,简化了二次控制回路设计,减少了电缆接线维护工作量,提高了二次控制回路的灵活性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In response to the current issues of the Gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear secondary control circuit, such as the large amount of original signal usage, complex circuit design, difficulty in circuit function modification, and heavy maintenance workload of cable connections, a full-chain digital control technology solution was proposed. The design, manufacture, and test verification of a 252 kV digital control type GIS prototype were completed, achieving complete digitalization of the secondary control circuit from the source to the end. It has the advantages of one-time collection of original signals for multi-circuit reuse, parameterized configuration of circuit functions, and monitorable circuit status. This simplifies the design of the secondary control circuit, reduces the maintenance workload of cable connections, and enhances the flexibility and reliability of the secondary control circuit.
