超特高压架空地线除冰装置夹紧轮结构优化设计

Optimized Design of Gripping Wheel Structure for Ultra-high Voltage Overhead Ground Wire Deicing Device

  • 摘要: 架空地线覆冰会引发多种电气、机械事故,采用除冰装置可对地线进行有效除冰。为提高地线除冰装置的稳定性,对某地线除冰装置夹紧轮机构进行结构参数优化设计,以夹紧轮的接触刚度最大为目标。首先利用有限元分析方法进行样本点计算,搭建支持向量回归近似模型;然后采用第二代非支配排序遗传算法进行寻优,获得最佳夹紧轮结构参数;最后进行仿真与试验对比验证,结果表明所优化设计的夹紧轮具有较好的适应性和夹紧能力,提高了除冰装置的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: The icing of overhead ground wires can cause various electrical and mechanical accidents, and the use of deicing devices can effectively deice the ground wires. In order to improve the stability of the ground wire deicing device, this paper optimizes the structural parameters of the clamping wheel mechanism of a certain ground wire deicing device. With the goal of maximizing the contact stiffness of the clamping wheel, finite element analysis method is used to first calculate the sample points and build a support vector regression approximation model. Then, the second-generation non dominated sorting genetic algorithm is used for optimization to obtain the optimal clamping wheel structural parameters. Finally, simulation and experimental comparison verification are carried out. The results indicate that the optimized clamping wheel has good adaptability and clamping ability, improving the stability of the deicing device.
