高压电缆金属护层电压监测装置故障分析

摘要: 为明确高压电缆金属护层电压监测装置故障原因,开展同型号监测装置绝缘试验,获得装置过电压耐受特性;建立220 kV电缆线路以及两侧变电站设备电磁暂态仿真模型,对单相接地故障过程中电缆金属护层感应电压进行数值仿真计算,得出其瞬态过电压以及工频过电压分布规律。最后提出了高压电缆金属护层电压监测装置绝缘耐受水平相关要求,以耐受接地故障下护层感应过电压。Abstract: In order to clarify the cause of the failure of the high-voltage cable metal sheath voltage monitoring device, the insulation test of the same type of monitoring device was carried out to obtain the overvoltage withstand characteristics of the device; an electromagnetic transient simulation model of the 220 kV cable line and substation equipment on both sides was established to detect single-phase ground faults during the process, the induced voltage of the cable metal sheath was numerically simulated and the distribution rules of its transient overvoltage and power frequency overvoltage were obtained. And the relevant requirements for the insulation withstand level of the voltage monitoring device of the metal sheath of high-voltage cables are proposed to withstand the overvoltage induced by the sheath under a ground fault.
