摘要: 对一例110 kV电容式电压互感器(CVT)二次计量电压异常故障进行详细分析,通过电容量及介质损耗因数测试、绝缘油色谱试验,发现C相CVT主绝缘异常,表现为电容量变化率超标、绝缘油劣化。经解体检查,确认C相CVT分压电容C2有部分电容单元击穿,故障原因为制造过程中压接不良,清洁度不高,毛刺、异物造成运行中局部场强过高,最终击穿。基于此,提出了严格执行新投运CVT首检试验周期、重点抽样见证CVT出厂局部放电试验、加强带电检测等建议,以预防类似故障发生。Abstract: This article provides a detailed analysis of an abnormal secondary measurement voltage fault in a 110 kV capacitive voltage transformer (CVT). Through capacitance and dielectric loss factor testing, as well as insulation oil chromatography testing, it was found that the main insulation of the C-phase CVT was abnormal, manifested as excessive capacitance change rate and insulation oil degradation. After disassembly inspection, it was confirmed that some capacitor units of the C-phase CVT voltage divider capacitor C2 had breakdown. The cause of the fault was poor voltage connection and low cleanliness during the manufacturing process, burrs, and foreign objects causing high local field strength during operation, ultimately leading to breakdown. This article proposes strict implementation of the initial inspection test cycle for newly put into operation CVTs, focusing on sampling and witnessing partial discharge tests of CVTs before leaving the factory, and strengthening live detection to prevent similar faults from occurring.
