一种高压电缆头硅脂膏涂覆装置的研制

Development of a Silicone Paste Coating Device for High Voltage Cable Heads

  • 摘要: 电缆头作为电网安全运行的关键环节,其界面放电问题已成为电缆故障的主要诱因。传统人工涂覆硅脂膏工艺因操作依赖经验,易导致涂覆不均、过量或混入杂质,加剧电场畸变与局部放电风险。为解决这一问题,设计了一种电缆头硅脂膏自动涂覆装置。该装置通过导流槽与调节阀协同控制硅脂膏流量,利用按压组件实现材料均匀挤出,结合可拆卸涂覆部适配不同电缆尺寸,确保涂覆范围精准可控。装置采用耐腐蚀材料与耐磨硅胶密封结构,支持快速清洁与重复使用,有效避免了人工操作的随机性缺陷。该装置能显著提升硅脂膏涂覆的均匀性与一致性,减少界面缺陷产生,从而延长电缆头使用寿命,为提升配电网运行可靠性提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: As a key link in the safe operation of power grids, cable joints has become the main cause of cable faults due to interface discharge problems. The traditional artificial coating process of silicone grease is base d on experience, which leads to uneven coating, excessive coating or impurity mixing, and increases the risk of electric field distortion and partial discharge. In order to solve this problem, an automatic coating device for cable heads silicone paste is designed in this paper. The device controls the flow of silicone grease through a fluid channel and a a regulating valve. The material is evenly compressed by a compression assembly, which is combined with a removable coating section to accommodate different cable sizes and ensure a precise and controlled coating range. The device adopts corrosion-resistant material and a wear-resistant silicone sealing structure to support rapid cleaning and reuse, effectively avoiding the random defects of manual operation. The device can improve the uniformity and consistency of silicone grease coating, reduce the interface defects, prolong the service life of cable bridge and provide technical support to improve the reliability of distribution network operation.
