配电网工程箱式变电站预制装配式基础有限元分析与可靠性评估

Finite Element Analysis and Reliability Evaluation of Prefabricated and Assembled Foundations for Box-type Substations in Distribution Network Engineering

  • 摘要: 针对配电网工程中一种新型箱式变电站预制装配式基础的结构设计需求,利用ANSYS软件对新型装配式基础的受力状态进行了有限元分析,并在此基础上开展了其安全可靠性评估。根据结构的实际受力情况并结合Winkler地基模型,建立了该新型装配式基础的三维有限元模型,并完成了结构静力分析。随后,基于拉丁超立方抽样的蒙特卡洛模拟方法,对该新型装配式基础进行了可靠性分析。结果表明,该新型装配式基础的性能完全满足实际应用要求,设计方案合理可行,且处于安全允许范围内。

     

    Abstract: In response to the structural design requirements of a new type of prefabricated foundation for box-type substations in distribution network engineering, this paper uses ANSYS software to conduct a finite element analysis of the force state of the new prefabricated foundation, and on this basis, carries out its safety and reliability assessment. Based on the actual force conditions of the structure and combined with the Winkler foundation model, a three-dimensional finite element model of the new type of prefabricated foundation was established, and the static analysis of the structure was completed. Subsequently, a reliability analysis of the new type of prefabricated foundation was conducted based on the Monte Carlo simulation method of Latin hypercube sampling. The numerical results show that it can be seen from this that the performance of this new type of prefabricated foundation fully meets the requirements of practical applications. The design scheme is reasonable and feasible, and it is within the safety allowable range.
