500 kV全联合构架横梁体型系数试验研究

Research of Beam Shape Coefficient for 500 kV Combined Gantry Based on the Wind Tunnel Test

  • 摘要: 以某7跨500 kV全联合变电构架为对象,对1/11单根横梁和1/32的500 kV全联合构架模型开展刚性模型测力风洞试验研究,测试了横梁的风荷载体型系数及干扰系数,分析得出横梁风荷载体型系数的合理取值。试验结果表明,单根横梁体型系数在0°风向角下建议取2.35、在90°风向角下建议取0.48;500 kV全联合构架横梁体型系数在0°风向角下建议取2.03、在90°风向角下建议取0.21。

     

    Abstract: A rigid model wind tunnel test was conducted on a seven-span 500 kV all-joint substation gantry. The investigation involved a 1/11 scale model of a single girder and a 1/32 scale model of the complete 500 kV all-joint substation gantry. The study aimed to determine the wind load shape coefficient and the interference factor for the girders, leading to an analysis for appropriate values of the girders' wind load shape coefficient. The test results indicate that for the single girder, a shape coefficient of 2.35 is recommended at a 0° wind direction angle, and 0.48 at a 90° wind direction angle. For the girders within the 500 kV fully integrated structure, a shape coefficient of 2.03 is recommended at a 0° wind direction angle, and 0.21 at a 90° wind direction angle.
