基于VMD-ConTimeGAN的电力系统故障场景模拟方法

A Power System Fault Scenario Simulation Method Based on VMD-ConTimeGAN

  • 摘要: 针对电力系统的故障场景数据生成复杂度高的问题,提出一种基于VMD-ConTimeGAN的故障场景生成策略。首先,提出了一种基于VMD的运行检索方式来收集电力系统运行数据;其次,设计ConTimeGAN以捕捉时序数据的内在模式;最后,引入GAN的训练策略,确保模型生成数据的稳定性,在评估后整合数据集。

     

    Abstract: To address the high complexity of generating fault scenario data in power systems, this paper proposes a fault scenario generation strategy based on VMD-ConTimeGAN. Firstly, a VMD-based operation retrieval method is proposed to collect power system operation data. Secondly, ConTimeGAN is designed to capture the intrinsic patterns of time series data, and the training strategy of GAN is introduced. Finally, the stability of the data generated by the model is ensured, and the data set is integrated after evaluation.
