火力发电厂配煤掺烧比例可行域建模及应用

Modeling and Application of Feasible Region for Coal Blending Ratio in Thermal Power Plants

  • 摘要: 配煤掺烧是火电厂为改善煤种品质、降低发电成本所采用的重要手段,其关键在于快速、有效地决策不同运行工况下的配煤掺烧比例,以指导煤种动态切换。为此,提出了一种基于域模型的配煤掺烧比例优化方法。首先,阐述了配煤掺烧比例可行域的定义与基本思想,并提出了基于线性边界函数和顶点搜索算法的可行域构建方法。其次,建立了基于配煤掺烧比例可行域的最优掺烧比例快速计算方法以及适应工况突变的掺烧比例快速调整方法。最后,通过算例分析验证所提方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Coal blending combustion is a key strategy employed by thermal power plants to enhance coal quality and reduce power generation costs. The critical challenge lies in rapidly and effectively determining the optimal blending ratio under varying operating conditions to facilitate dynamic coal switching. This paper proposes a region model-based optimization method for the coal blending ratio. Firstly, the definition and basic concept of the feasible region for the coal blending ratio are introduced. Then, a construction method for the feasible region based on linear boundary functions and a vertex search algorithm is proposed. On this basis, a rapid calculation method for the optimal blending ratio based on the feasible region is established, along with a fast adjustment method for the blending ratio to accommodate sudden changes in operating conditions. Finally, case studies are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
