反应堆控制棒不可控下插风险分析及应对

Risk Analysis and Countermeasures for Uncontrolled Insertion of Reactor Control Rods

  • 摘要: 为保证反应堆功率有较快的调节响应能力,秦二厂采用控制棒来保证功率的快速调节,但在功率运行期间,如反应堆功率调节系统出现异常,控制棒不可控下插,会导致一回路平均温度、稳压器压力、稳压器水位、蒸汽发生器水位、汽机功率等多个重要参数出现扰动,如干预不及时,机组可能出现停机停堆、安全注入系统启动等重大瞬态,对机组安全产生重大影响。为此,对功率运行期间反应堆控制棒不可控下插的风险进行分析,说明产生原因,并制定相应的应对措施,保障机组安全、稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the fast regulation response capability of the reactor power, Qin No.2 Plant uses control rods to ensure the rapid regulation of power. During power operation, if there is an abnormality in the reactor power regulation system and the control rods are uncontrollably inserted, it will cause disturbances to multiple important parameters such as the average temperature of the primary circuit, regulator pressure, regulator water level, steam generator water level, and turbine power. If intervention is not timely, the unit may experience major transients such as shutdown and safety injection system startup, which have a significant impact on the safety of the unit. This article will analyze the risk of uncontrollable insertion of the reactor control rods during power operation, explain the causes, and develop corresponding countermeasures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
