Abstract:
The operational status of insulators is crucial for the reliability and safety of power supply in the grid. The traditional regular maintenance mode suffers from problems such as excessive maintenance wasting costs and insufficient maintenance causing malfunctions. This article first reviews the current research status of insulator condition detection technology at home and abroad, clarifies the difficulties of single detection accuracy, and adds research content such as image shooting and data collection and analysis in various scenarios; next, we will construct an evaluation system based on the integration of multiple technologies, introduce core detection indicators, determine indicator weights using the analytic hierarchy process, and establish a mathematical model; finally, develop a three-dimensional linkage maintenance strategy and optimize the cleaning and maintenance strategy in conjunction with the guidance manual. Through the verification of a 220 kV transmission line case, this plan has achieved significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The fault detection rate has been increased to 96.3%, and the cost has been reduced by 28.7%, providing a scientific solution for insulator maintenance.
