基于频域介电谱的高压电缆绝缘老化诊断关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies for Aging Diagnosis of High Voltage Cable Insulation Based on Frequency Domain Dielectric Spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 高压电缆绝缘老化威胁电力安全,而频域介电谱技术能通过分析绝缘材料宽频介电响应,提前发现老化问题,有效规避故障风险。针对高压电缆绝缘老化诊断问题,设计了基于频域介电谱(FDS)的实验方案。通过搭建高精度FDS测试系统,提取介质损耗因数、复介电常数等关键特征参数,结合介电弛豫模型拟合、主成分分析和机器学习算法,实现了电缆绝缘老化状态的精准诊断。实验结果表明,所提方法能有效区分不同老化类型与程度,为高压电缆绝缘状态评估提供可靠技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: High voltage cable insulation aging threatens power safety, and frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy technology can detect aging problems in advance by analyzing the wideband dielectric response insulation materials, and effectively avoid fault risks. This paper focuses on the diagnosis of insulation aging of high voltage cables, and designs an experimental research scheme based on frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy (FDS). Through the establishment of a high-precision FDS testing system, key characteristic parameters such as the loss factor of medium and the complex dielectric constant are extracted. Combined the dielectric relaxation model fitting, principal component analysis and machine learning algorithm, the accurate diagnosis of the insulation aging state of the cable is realized. Experimental results show that the proposed method can distinguish different aging types and degrees, and provide reliable technical support for the state evaluation of high voltage cable insulation.
