基于FFT算法的集成式氧化锌避雷器泄漏电流带电检测方法研究

Research on Integrated Zinc Oxide Surge Arrester Leakage Current Live Detection Method Based on FFT Algorithm

  • 摘要: 针对氧化锌避雷器带电检测中存在的信号取样困难、相间干扰严重及检测准确性不足等问题,开展集成式泄漏电流检测方法研究。通过设计带电检测取样电路,采用同步采样技术实现泄漏电流信号的获取。通过三相数字移相和干扰角动态补偿算法,有效抑制相间容性耦合干扰。通过加窗插值FFT算法,分离阻性电流基波分量。通过对比实验证明,新的检测方法检测结果准确性更高,检测结果合成波形与泄漏电流实际波形一致,且抗干扰能力显著增强,为集成式氧化锌避雷器状态评估提供了可靠的技术手段。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of difficult signal sampling, severe phase to phase interference, and insufficient detection accuracy in the live detection of zinc oxide arrester, an integrated leakage current detection method is studied. By designing a live detection sampling circuit and using synchronous sampling technology to obtain leakage current signals. By using three-phase digital phase shifting and interference angle dynamic compensation algorithm, the capacitance coupling interference between phases is effectively suppressed. Separate the fundamental component of resistive current by using windowed interpolation FFT algorithm. Through comparative experiments, it has been proven that the new detection method has higher accuracy in detecting results. The synthesized waveform of the detection results is consistent with the actual waveform of the leakage current, and the anti-interference ability is significantly enhanced. This provides a reliable technical means for the state evaluation of integrated zinc oxide lightning arresters.
