10 kV配电电缆绝缘状态协同检测技术研究

Research on Collaborative Detection Technology for Insulation Status of 10 kV Distribution Cables

  • 摘要: 为了解决配电电缆绝缘状态检测效率低、精确性差的问题,提出了一种配电电缆绝缘状态协同检测技术,利用超低频介质老化因子检测效率高和震荡波局部放电检测精度高的优点,实现了对电缆绝缘状态的快速、精确检测。对超低频介质老化因子检测、震荡波局部放电检测机理进行了分析,并利用ATP-EMTP仿真分析的方法对以上两种检测技术的应用可行性进行了分析。由实际检测结果可知,配电电缆绝缘状态协同检测技术能够实现对配电电缆绝缘状态的快速、精确检测,为进一步提高电缆的应用安全提供了一种新型检测技术。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor accuracy in insulation state detection of distribution cables, a collaborative detection technology for insulation state of distribution cables is proposed. By utilizing the advantages of high detection efficiency of ultra-low frequency dielectric aging factor and high detection accuracy of oscillation wave partial discharge, the fast and accurate detection of cable insulation state is achieved. The article analyzes the detection mechanisms of ultra-low frequency dielectric aging factors and oscillating wave partial discharge detection, and uses ATP-EMTP simulation analysis method to analyze the feasibility of the application of the above two detection technologies. According to the actual test results, it can be seen that the collaborative detection technology for insulation status of distribution cables can achieve rapid and accurate detection of the insulation status of distribution cables, providing a new detection technology for further improving the application safety of cables.
