GIS外壳汇流排发热机理及典型案例分析

Heating Mechanism and Typical Case Analysis of GIS Shell Bus Bar

  • 摘要: 为保障GIS设备安全稳定运行,针对GIS外壳汇流排异常发热缺陷展开研究。首先,研究了环流产生机理与汇流排发热成因,即汇流排发热由电磁感应产生的环流焦耳热所引起;其次,结合某500 kV变电站某间隔220 kV GIS汇流排发热案例,通过红外测温、钳形电流表实测,分析了汇流排发热原因是汇流排上环流过大,而汇流排截面积过小,载流量不足;最后,提出了处理措施,即更换截面积更大的汇流排,在进线端增设三相短接分流结构并增加压块,以减小接触电阻。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of GIS equipment, this paper studies the abnormal heating defects of GIS shell bus. In this paper, the mechanism of circulation generation and the cause of heat generation of the bus bar are first studied, that is, the heat generation of the bus bar is caused by the Joule heat of the circulation generated by electromagnetic induction; secondly, combined with the heating case of 220 kV GIS bus bar in a 500 kV substation, through infrared temperature measurement and clamp current meter measurement, it is analyzed that the reason for the heating of the bus bar is that the circulation on the bus bar is too large, while the cross-sectional area of the bus bar is too small and the current carrying capacity is insufficient. Finally, the treatment measures are put forward: Replacing the bus bar with larger cross-sectional area, adding a three-phase short-circuit shunt structure at the inlet end and increasing the pressure block to reduce the contact resistance.
