Abstract:
With the digital transformation of China's manufacturing industry, industrial configuration software has been increasingly applied in automation control and data acquisition. However, domestic industrial configuration software still faces technical bottlenecks and high costs, particularly in terms of multi-protocol support, system scalability, and intelligent functionality. This paper presents a domestically developed industrial configuration software, HcSCADA, based on a microservices architecture. By leveraging microservices, containerized deployment, multi-protocol support, and intelligent features, HcSCADA enhances the performance, flexibility, and security of domestic configuration software. The system adopts open-standard OPC UA and MQTT protocols, enabling seamless integration with various industrial devices for efficient data acquisition, storage, and visualization. With a microservices-based architecture, HcSCADA demonstrates excellent performance, reliability, and scalability, making it particularly suitable for large-scale industrial monitoring and control. Furthermore, this paper explores the potential advancements of HcSCADA in AI-driven intelligent configuration and edge computing optimization, while also discussing the application prospects of domestic industrial configuration software in the era of smart manufacturing and the industrial Internet.
