Abstract: The pipe bus installation involved in the converter station construction project is more, and the accurate drilling of the pipe bus is the primary premise to ensure the installation of the pipe bus of the UHV converter station project, and it is very easy to cause the pipe bus punching process to be unqualified and unsightly during the construction of the construction personnel, and the phenomenon of rework occurs, thereby affecting the construction period and causing inconvenience to the follow-up commissioning work. Combined with the actual installation background and work experience on site, and after full investigation, a rapid punching and positioning tool for the tube bus of the converter station is developed to meet the requirements of the project site and significantly improve the installation accuracy.
