一种具有智能验电的砼杆抱箍设计

Design of a Concrete Pole Clamp with Intelligent Electrical Detection

  • 摘要: 常用带电新立砼杆作业对原线路进行改造来消除安全隐患和增加电源接入点,但在带电作业中,可能出现砼杆等意外带电。为此,设计一种智能验电的砼杆抱箍装置。该装置采用接触式和非接触式的组合验电方式,同时采用声光报警,确保立杆时砼杆调整的工作安全。试验结果表明,该装置对带电新立砼杆作业时砼杆意外带电具有一定的验电准确性,确保了作业人员的人身安全。

     

    Abstract: The original line is often modified during live concrete pole erection to eliminate safety hazards and increase power access points. However, during live operations, concrete poles may be accidentally electrified. In view of this situation, an intelligent concrete pole clamp device with electrical detection is proposed. The device adopts a combination of non-contact and contact electrical detection methods, and uses sound and light alarms to ensure the safety of the work when the concrete pole is adjusted during the erection of the pole. The test results show that the device has a certain degree of electrical detection accuracy for the accidental electrification of the concrete pole during the live concrete pole erection operation, ensuring the personal safety of the operators.
