关于柔性直流输电系统最后断路器逻辑的策略分析

Strategic Analysis on the Last Breaker Logic in Flexible HVDC Transmission Systems

  • 摘要: 柔性直流输电系统逆变站如果在运行中突然失去交流负荷,将导致站内交直流电压异常升高,对一次设备造成极大危害。为此,需要配置最后断路器功能以避免该情况的发生。针对上述问题,结合常见柔性直流工程交流场拓扑结构,从交流站控层面提出基于可视化编程程序的最后断路器控制策略, 使交流站控控制程序能够提前辨识系统已处于仅有最后断路器运行的情况,并闭锁该最后断路器遥控分闸的联锁条件,以减少最后断路器误分闸的可能性。

     

    Abstract: If the inverter station of a flexible HVDC transmission system suddenly loses its AC load during operation, the AC and DC voltages will abruptly and abnormally rise, posing significant harm to the primary equipment. To mitigate this issue, it is necessary to implement a last breaker function to prevent such occurrences as much as possible. In response to the aforementioned problem, this paper, considering the common AC yard topology of flexible HVDC projects, proposes an control strategy based on visual programming at the AC station control level. This strategy enables the AC station control program to preemptively identify when the system is operating with only the last breaker in service and to lock out the interlocking conditions for remote opening of this last breaker, thereby reducing the possibility of inadvertent opening of the last breaker.
