内六线苍坪至昭通区段供电能力分析及提升措施

Analysis and Enhancement Measures for Power Supply Capacity in the Cangping to Zhaotong Section of the Neijiang-Liupanshui Railway

  • 摘要: 内六线运输组织发生调整,苍坪至昭通区段下行方向牵引定数由2600 t提升至3500 t,该区段采用SS3B双机重联运行,牵引供电能力严重不足,供电臂末端电压最低降至15.6 kV,引发机车主断路器跳闸。分析了供电能力不足存在的问题及原因,并计算各类型电压损失占比,结果表明牵引变电所和牵引网的电压损失之和约占总电压损失的85.5%~88.2%。为此,提出了优化供电方案、牵引变电所增容改造和牵引网改造的工程实施方案,实施后供电能力提升明显,供电臂末端电压提升至19 kV以上,满足设计规范要求。

     

    Abstract: Following adjustments to the transportation organization on the Neijiang-Liupanshui Railway, the down-direction train tonnage rating in the Cangping to Zhaotong section was increased from 2600 t to 3500 t. This section utilizes double-headed SS3B locomotives operating in multiple units. However, the traction power supply capacity was found to be severely insufficient. The voltage at the end of the traction feeder section dropped to a minimum of 15.6 kV, triggering tripping of the locomotive's main circuit breakers. A detailed analysis was conducted on the problems and causes of the insufficient power supply capacity. The calculation of the proportions of different types of voltage losses revealed that the combined voltage loss from the traction substation and the traction network accounts for approximately 85.5% to 88.2% of the total voltage loss. Proposed engineering implementation measures included optimizing the power supply scheme, enhancing the capacity of the traction substation, and upgrading the traction network. After project implementation, the power supply capacity improved significantly. The voltage at the end of the feeder section increased to above 19 kV, meeting the requirements of design specifications.
