智能巡检机器人系统在某500 kV变电站的应用研究

Research on the Application of an Intelligent Inspection Robot System in a 500 kV Substation

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种智能巡检机器人系统在500 kV变电站的应用,重点阐述了基于图像匹配的设备模式识别和基于矢量量化算法的声音采集分析两项关键技术。在某500 kV变电站的应用实践表明,该系统显著提高了巡检质量,多次成功检测并报警设备异常情况。与人工巡检相比,系统在异常声音识别、发热缺陷检测等方面的准确率均有显著提升。同时,系统大幅减少了人工巡检工作量,每月节省47.5 h工作时间,占原工作时间的67.9%。经济效益方面,系统每年可直接节省约1123万元,并带来设备寿命延长、电网可靠性提升等间接效益。研究表明,智能巡检机器人系统为500 kV变电站的安全稳定运行提供了有力保障,具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the application of an intelligent patrol robot system in a 500 kV substation. It focuses on two key technologies: equipment pattern recognition based on image matching and sound collection analysis based on vector quantization algorithm. The practical application in a 500 kV substation shows that the system significantly improves the patrol quality and has successfully detected and reported equipment abnormalities several times. Compared with manual patrol, the system has significantly improved accuracy in identifying abnormal sounds and detecting heat defects. At the same time, the system greatly reduces the amount of manual patrol work, saving 47.5 hours of work time per month, accounting for 67.9% of the original work time. In terms of economic benefits, the system can save about 11.23 million yuan directly every year and bring indirect benefits such as extending equipment life and improving grid reliability. The study shows that the intelligent patrol robot system provides a strong guarantee for the safe and stable operation of 500 kV substations and has broad application prospects.
