Abstract: High strength aluminum alloy, as a lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant metal material, has received widespread attention and application in the field of power fittings for overhead transmission lines in recent years. In order to further improve the safety, stability, and operational efficiency of overhead transmission lines, and reduce maintenance costs, this article will start with an overview of high-strength aluminum alloys, elaborate on the manufacturing scheme of 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy power fittings, and analyze the excellent performance of 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy in overhead transmission line power fittings through practical application cases, in order to provide strong support for the safe and stable operation of overhead transmission lines.
