Abstract:
To enhance the energy conversion efficiency of wind turbines, a fuzzy-PI controller was introduced into the doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) system. Firstly, a dual-loop PI control algorithm was employed to stabilize the DC voltage of the rectifier in the DFIG-based wind turbine. Subsequently, the PI controller was improved to a fuzzy-PI controller, which exhibits nonlinear characteristics, strong robustness, anti-interference capability, and stable DC voltage output. Finally, a simulation model was established for validation. The simulation results demonstrate excellent performance, with a DC voltage ripple coefficient far below 1%, confirming the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method and its practical applicability in engineering.
