孤网模式下钢铁厂发电机组自整定PID模糊控制研究

摘要: 为保证钢铁厂的生产连续和产品质量,提出孤网模式下钢铁厂发电机组自整定PID模糊控制方法。通过搭建孤网模式下钢铁厂发电机组调速系统的模型,对发电机组的运行状况展开实时监测。依托该模型,开展自整定PID模糊控制器的设计工作。借助模糊推理得到PID参数的调整值,并应用到控制器中,进而实现对发电机组的精准控制。实验结果表明,所提方法通过模糊控制和PID控制的结合,实现对发电机组的精确控制和动态调整,显著提升了系统的控制性能和响应速度。Abstract: In order to ensure the production continuity and product quality of steel plants, a study on self-tuning PID fuzzy control of power generation units in isolated grid mode is proposed. By building a model of the speed control system of the steel plant generator set in isolated grid mode, real-time monitoring of the operating status of the generator set is carried out. Based on this model, carry out the design work of self-tuning PID fuzzy controller. By using fuzzy reasoning to calculate the adjustment values of PID parameters, the adjusted PID parameters are applied to the controller to achieve precise control of the generator set. The experimental results show that under the isolated grid mode, the self-tuning PID fuzzy control method of the steel plant generator set achieves precise control and dynamic adjustment of the generator set through the combination of fuzzy control and PID control, significantly improving the control performance and response speed of the system.
