摘要: ANPC三电平逆变器易于实现中点电位平衡,且输出电压谐波含量低、效率高、损耗均衡能力强,在储能变流器领域发展前景良好。针对ANPC三电平逆变器的效率优化与中点电位平衡问题,提出一种基于零序电压注入的动态调制方法。结合中点电位反馈,在三相调制波中动态叠加优化后的零序分量,重构复合调制波,实现特定相位区间的开关管钳位,并抑制直流侧电容电压波动。最后搭建三电平ANPC逆变器进行仿真验证,结果证明了所提方法的可行性。Abstract: The ANPC three-level inverter exhibits advantages such as ease of neutral point potential balancing, low output voltage harmonic content, high efficiency, and strong loss balancing capability, demonstrating promising prospects in energy storage converter applications. To address the efficiency optimization and neutral point potential balancing challenges in ANPC three-level inverters, this paper proposes a dynamic modulation method based on zero-sequence voltage injection. By dynamically superimposing optimized zero-sequence components onto three-phase modulation waves through neutral point potential feedback, composite modulation waves are reconstructed to achieve switch clamping in specific phase intervals while suppressing DC-side capacitor voltage fluctuations. Finally, a three-level ANPC inverter simulation model was established for verification. The results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
