应对源荷快速发展的新疆柔直组网方案研究

Research on the Flexible DC Networking Scheme to Meet the Rapid Development of Sources and Loads in Xinjiang

  • 摘要: 结合新疆电网“十四五”发展规划,按照不同发展阶段下的电力组织“卡脖子”情况,开展了柔性直流输电分阶段组网方案研究,依据典型方式下南疆、北疆、乌昌及东疆三大片区间的电力需求以及直流输电需求,分别提出“乌苏~五彩湾”柔性直流输电方案以及“巴楚~天山换流站”柔性直流输电方案。经仿真验证,上述疆内柔直组网方案能够有效缓解交流通道输电压力,降低南北疆之间、南北疆与乌昌东疆之间电力传输受限风险,提升新疆电网运行稳定水平。

     

    Abstract: According to the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan of Xinjiang power grid, according to the "bottleneck" of power organization in different development stages, the phased networking scheme of flexible DC transmission is studied. According to the typical power demand and DC transmission demand of three large areas in southern Xinjiang, northern Xinjiang, Wuchang and eastern Xinjiang, the "Wusu~Wucaiwan" flexible DC transmission scheme and "Bachu ~ Tianshan Converter Station" flexible DC transmission scheme are proposed respectively. Through simulation verification, the above flexible and direct networking scheme in Xinjiang can effectively reduce the transmission pressure of AC channels, alleviate the risk of limited power transmission between southern and northern Xinjiang, and between southern and northern Xinjiang and eastern Xinjiang, and improve the stability of Xinjiang power grid operation.
