Abstract: Wire cutters are a kind of tool for cutting power cables. Traditional wire cutters need to be operated manually, and during use, there are limitations that the angle and length of the cut cannot be automatically adjusted.Based on this, a kind of integrated intelligent electric insulation wire breaker with broken clamp is developed. First, the intelligent design structure of the device is introduced, secondly, the working principle of its multi-component collaborative operation is introduced, and finally the application is carried out in combination with the actual engineering. The results show that the device can perform electric operations on live power cables below 1 kV, which effectively improves the work efficiency of existing insulating wire cutters and has good promotion value.
