智能变电站自动化系统中时间同步技术的设计与应用研究

Design and Application Research of Time Synchronization Technology in Intelligent Substation Automation System

  • 摘要: 针对南方电网常规变电站智能化改造过程中时间同步精度不足、冗余性薄弱及运维保障缺失等问题,提出并实施了一种基于“双源热备+分层授时”的多源冗余时间同步技术方案。该方案以北斗三代卫星信号为优先基准,同时引入地面光纤链路作为冗余参考,并在主控室、高压室分层部署主时钟与扩展时钟,通过1PPS脉冲与IRIG-B码实现全站终端的统一授时。工程验证结果表明,该方案能将授时精度提升至±0.4μs,显著增强了系统的抗干扰能力和故障自诊断能力,有效确保了智能录波器、保护装置及远动系统的安全、稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: This study addresses the issues of insufficient time synchronization accuracy, weak redundancy, and lack of operation and maintenance support during the intelligent transformation of conventional substations in China Southern Power Grid. A multi-source redundant time synchronization technology solution based on "dual-source hot standby + hierarchical timing" is proposed and implemented. This solution prioritizes the third-generation Beidou satellite signal as the primary reference and simultaneously introduces ground optical fiber links as redundant references. Master clocks and extended clocks are deployed hierarchically in the main control room, high-voltage room, and the entire station′s terminals are uniformly timed through 1PPS pulses and IRIG-B codes. Engineering verification results show that this solution can improve the timing accuracy to ±0.4 μs, significantly enhancing the system′s anti-interference and self-diagnostic capabilities, and effectively supporting the safe and stable operation of intelligent recording devices, protection devices, and telecontrol systems.
