Accident Analysis and Treatment of Stator Grounding Alarm Caused by Abnormal Quality of Stator Cooling Water

  • 摘要: 定冷水系统承担着冷却发电机定子绕组的关键任务,其水质的合格对于发电机的安全可靠运行至关重要。简述发电机定子接地保护原理及机组保护定值配置,介绍事故处理过程。在定冷水的电导率异常升高触发了定子接地保护故障报警后,专业人员立即进行故障分析和排查处理,在最短时间内将定冷水水质恢复正常,及时消除定子接地故障报警,并在事故后采取有效防范措施,确保发电机组安全稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: The stator cooling water system undertakes the crucial task of cooling the stator winding of the generator, and the qualification of its water quality is of vital importance for the safe and reliable operation of the generator. This paper briefly describes the principle of the stator grounding protection of the generator and the configuration of the unit protection setting values, and elaborates on the process of handling this accident. After the abnormal increase in the conductivity of the stator cooling water triggered the stator grounding protection fault alarm, the professionals immediately carried out fault analysis, investigation and treatment, restored the normal water quality of the stator cooling water in the shortest possible time, eliminated the stator grounding fault alarm in a timely manner, and took effective preventive measures after the accident to ensure the safe and stable operation of the generator set.
