某350 MW机组锅炉全燃神华烟煤灵活性改造技术研究

Research on the Flexibility Transformation Technology of a 350 MW Unit Boiler with Full Combustion of Shenhua Bituminous Coal

  • 摘要: 随着实现“双碳”目标的既定日期越来越近,新能源发电被大力发展,火电机组将长期担任调峰的重任。某350 MW机组全燃神华烟煤,采用W火焰锅炉,但现有设备无法适应全燃神华煤种及灵活性调峰的需要,而目前缺乏针对燃用烟煤W火焰锅炉的灵活性改造方案。首先对机组进行摸底实验,分析机组存在的问题,随后提出改造方案。改造采用综合改造方式,涉及制粉、燃烧、换热面、风机等。灵活性改造后可实现全燃神华煤种,且NOx低于360 mg/Nm3(6%O2,标态干基),实现30%BRL负荷的低负荷稳燃,锅炉效率大于93.0%。

     

    Abstract: As the set dates for achieving the "dual carbon" goals draw nearer, new energy power generation is being vigorously developed, and thermal power units will long shoulder the responsibility of peak shaving. A 350 MW unit fully burns Shenhua bituminous coal and adopts a W-flame boiler. However, the existing equipment is unable to meet the requirements of fully burning Shenhua coal type and flexible peak shaving. At present, there is a lack of flexibility transformation plans for boilers burning bituminous coal with W flame. First, conduct a baseline test on the unit to analyze the existing problems of the unit, and then propose a renovation plan. The renovation adopts a comprehensive approach, involving powder-making, combustion, heat exchange surfaces, fans, etc. After the flexibility transformation, it can achieve full combustion of Shenhua coal type, with NOx lower than 360 mg/Nm3(6%O2, standard dry basis), achieve low-load stable combustion at 30%BRL load, and the boiler efficiency is greater than 93.0%.
