Analysis and Treatment of Voltage Sampling Anomaly of High Voltage Variable Frequency Drive

摘要: 针对某核电厂高压变频器电压采样频繁出现异常及板卡烧毁问题，分别从变频器设计选型、电磁兼容、现场安装、元器件降级等方面进行原因分析和故障排查，找到了电压采样异常的根本原因，并提出优化建议，为后续高压变频器的设计、安装、调试和运维工作提供参考。

Abstract: To voltage sampling anomaly of high voltage variable frequency drive, the design, electromagnetic compatibility, installation, and components degradation were analyzed and the root causes were found. The optimized recommendations were proposed for the design, installation, operation and maintenance of high voltage variable frequency drive.
