一起110 kV变压器套管突发漏油异常停运分析

Analysis of an Abrupt Oil Leakage and Abnormal Shutdown of a 110 kV Transformer Bushing

  • 摘要: 变压器是变电站的主要核心设备,其运行稳定性关乎整个电力系统的安全可靠供电。高压套管作为变压器的关键基础部件,通常情况下,因高压穿缆式套管突发漏油而致使主变被迫停运的事故并不常见。对一起110 kV变压器高压穿缆式套管突发漏油导致异常停运事件展开检查与分析,发现该故障套管中心导电管的原材料抗拉强度存在分散性。最终得出,该套管机械性能不符合设计要求是引发此事件的根本原因。基于此,提出同类型主变在建设、运行和维修阶段需注意的事项及相关改进建议。

     

    Abstract: Transformers are the primary core equipment of substations, and their operational stability directly impacts the safe and reliable power supply of the entire electrical system. As critical foundational components of transformers, high-voltage cable-through bushings rarely cause forced outages of main transformers due to sudden oil leakage. An in-depth inspection and analysis of an unplanned outage incident triggered by sudden oil leakage in a 110 kV transformer′s high-voltage cable-through bushing revealed scattering in the tensile strength of the raw material used for the bushing′s central conductive tube. Ultimately, it was identified that the bushing′s mechanical properties failing to meet design requirements constituted the root cause of this incident. Based on these findings, considerations and improvement suggestions are proposed for similar transformers during construction, operation, and maintenance phases.
