上跨桥及上跨线智能监控系统的设计

Design of Intelligent Monitoring System for Overpass Bridge and Overpass Line

  • 摘要: 公路桥异物坠落、冰柱侵限、防护设备移位、上跨线断线导致的接触网悬挂异物,已成为涉铁工程的主要内容,但现有的检测手段单一、滞后,导致接触网设备的运行安全存在极大的安全隐患。通过对现有图像识别技术、计算机信息处理技术等的整合与研究,提出了应用均值迁移法检测移动物体、模板照片实时对比的方案。综合运用信息传输、信息综合管理、设备远程监控、预警与诊断等手段,构建了上跨桥及上跨线智能监控系统。现场运行表明,系统程序运行稳定、可靠,完全可以适应电气化铁路的运行条件。

     

    Abstract: Foreign objects falling from highway bridges, ice column intrusion, displacement of protective equipment, and overhead line breakage causing suspended foreign objects in the overhead contact system have become the main content and serious external hazards of railway engineering. However, the existing detection methods are single and outdated, posing a significant safety hazard to the operation safety of overhead contact system equipment. Through the integration and research of existing image recognition technology, computer information processing technology, etc., a scheme for detecting moving objects and real-time comparison of template photos using mean shift method has been proposed. By comprehensively utilizing information transmission, information comprehensive management, equipment remote monitoring, equipment warning and diagnosis, and other means, an intelligent monitoring system for overhead bridges and overhead lines has been constructed. On site operation has shown that the system program runs stably and reliably, and can fully adapt to the operating conditions of electrified railways.
