埋入式预制管桩在输电线路工程中的应用

Application of Embedded Precast Pipe Piles in Transmission Line Projects

  • 摘要: 探讨埋入式预制管桩在输电线路工程中的应用效果。首先,基于试验数据和现场工程案例,提出了埋入式后压浆管桩的抗拔与抗压承载力计算模型;其次,通过试桩试验验证了所提模型的合理性,结果表明相较传统钻孔灌注桩,埋入式管桩在抗拔、抗压性能上分别提高了27%~42%和58%~63%,同时工程造价约降低了20%~24%;最后,结合后压浆施工工艺及相关技术措施,论证了该技术在提高施工效率和节能环保方面的优势。

     

    Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the application effect of embedded precast pipe piles in transmission line projects. Firstly, based on experimental data and field case studies, an ultimate bearing capacity model for both uplift and compressive loads of the embedded post-grouting pipe piles is proposed. Secondly, field tests are conducted to verify the proposed model, and the results show that compared with traditional bored cast-in-place piles, the uplift and compressive capacities of the pipe piles are increased by 27%~42% and 58%~63%, respectively, while the project cost is reduced by approximately 20%~24%. Finally, the advantages of improved construction efficiency and energy saving through the post-grouting technique are discussed.
