基于RS-485通信的电缆井下状态监测系统设计

Design of Cable Well Condition Monitoring System Based on RS-485 Communication

  • 摘要: 在电力系统中,地下电缆替代架空线路已是大势所趋,不仅有利于提高电力系统的安全性,还可美化交通道路。随着电缆的大规模投运,地下电缆管道的安全问题成为一大重点。为便于运维人员及时发现电缆井下存在的安全隐患,设计一套基于RS-485通信的电缆井下状态监测系统。该系统能监测电缆井的井盖受力、井盖位移、水浸高度、甲烷浓度、硫化氢浓度以及一氧化碳浓度六大安全隐患,并在发现隐患时触发报警功能,提醒运维人员进行处理,从而提高电缆运行的安全性,保障人民群众的生命财产安全。

     

    Abstract: In the power system, underground cables have increasingly replaced overhead lines, which not only enhances the safety of power system operation but also beautifies the traffic roads. With the large-scale operation of cables, the safety of underground cable ducts has become a major concern. To enable maintenance personnel to promptly identify potential safety hazards in cable wells, this paper designs a cable well condition monitoring system based on RS-485 communication. This system can monitor six major safety hazards in cable wells, including the force on the well cover, well cover displacement, water immersion height, methane concentration, hydrogen sulfide concentration, and carbon monoxide concentration. When a hazard is detected, it triggers an alarm function to alert maintenance personnel for handling, thereby improving the safety of cable operation and the safety of people′s lives and property.
