Abstract:
The traditional cable and pipeline laying process is realized through manual planning of cable path and laying mode, which has serious cable overlap problems, resulting in material waste and low laying efficiency. Therefore, the optimal design study of secondary cable pipeline laying process in substation is proposed. First, conduct cable selection according to the actual requirements of the substation to ensure that the cable performance meets the requirements, to optimize the crossing and interference of the substation, optimize the cable pipeline laying method, and realize three-dimensional cable laying through flexible layout and fixed mode of the bridge. The example results show that after the optimal design of the proposed laying process, the number of overlapping lines is significantly less than the traditional process, which not only reduces the waste of cable materials, reduces the construction difficulty, but also significantly improves the overall laying efficiency.
