变电站二次电缆管道敷设工艺优化设计研究

Study on Optimization Design of Secondary Cable Pipeline Laying Process in Substation

  • 摘要: 传统的电缆管道敷设工艺通过人工规划电缆路径和敷设方式实现,存在严重的电缆重叠问题,导致材料浪费及敷设效率低下,为此进行了变电站二次电缆管道敷设工艺的优化设计研究。首先,根据变电站实际需求进行电缆选型,确保电缆性能满足要求;然后设计路径规划算法,对变电站二次电缆管道敷设路径作出规划优化,减少交叉和干扰;最后优化电缆管道敷设方式,采用桥架作为电缆的支撑结构,通过桥架的灵活布局和固定方式,实现电缆的立体敷设。实例结果显示,对电缆敷设工艺进行优化设计后,重叠线路数量明显少于传统工艺,不仅减少了电缆材料的浪费,降低了施工难度,还显著提高了整体敷设效率。

     

    Abstract: The traditional cable and pipeline laying process is realized through manual planning of cable path and laying mode, which has serious cable overlap problems, resulting in material waste and low laying efficiency. Therefore, the optimal design study of secondary cable pipeline laying process in substation is proposed. First, conduct cable selection according to the actual requirements of the substation to ensure that the cable performance meets the requirements, to optimize the crossing and interference of the substation, optimize the cable pipeline laying method, and realize three-dimensional cable laying through flexible layout and fixed mode of the bridge. The example results show that after the optimal design of the proposed laying process, the number of overlapping lines is significantly less than the traditional process, which not only reduces the waste of cable materials, reduces the construction difficulty, but also significantly improves the overall laying efficiency.
