10 kV配电网单相接地故障选线方法研究

Research on Line Selection Method of Single-phase Grounding Fault in 10 kV Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于变分模态分解零序电流信号的单相接地故障选线方法,旨在解决目前10 kV供配电系统发生单相接地故障时,存在的单一选线判据选线准确率不高、可靠性较差的问题。该方法通过对零序电流信号进行分解,并根据高频分量能量及工频分量初始相位差的双重判据进行故障线路判别。利用PSCAD搭建10 kV供电系统模型,通过仿真验证该方法在不同故障条件下的选线效果,结果表明该方法不受故障点位置、故障接地电阻及初相角的影响,具有较高的灵敏度,可准确、可靠地区分故障线路。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a method of single-phase grounding fault line selection based on variational mode decomposition of zero sequence current signal, aiming to solve the problem of low accuracy and poor reliability of single line selection criterion when single-phase grounding fault occurs in 10 kV power supply and distribution system. In this method, the zero sequence current signal is decomposed, and the fault line is identified according to the double criterion of high frequency component energy and power frequency component initial phase difference. The model of 10 kV power supply system is built by PSCAD, and the results of the method in different fault conditions are verified by simulation. The results show that this method is not affected by fault location, fault ground resistance and initial phase angle, and has high sensitivity, and can accurately and reliably distinguish fault lines.
