高强铝合金金具在架空输电线路中的应用研究

Application Research of Strong Aluminum Alloy Fittings in Overhead Transmission Lines

  • 摘要: 金具是架空输电线路中重要组成部分,特殊的运行环境对金具的力学性能和耐高温性能提出了更高的要求,为此进行了高强铝合金金具在架空输电线路中的应用研究。根据架空输电线路中金具特性及材料选择原则,选择铝包殷钢芯耐热铝合金金作为金具材料,基于架空输电线路工程中常用的“复合绝缘子单挂点单联Ⅰ型悬垂串”,通过理论计算设计金具结构,并加工成高强铝合金金具。以某电力工程为背景,应用高强铝合金金具对架空输电线路进行连接。通过性能测试,高强铝合金金具的破坏荷载在190 kN以上,具有良好的承载性能;可承受180℃以上的高温,具有良好的耐高温性能,满足架空输电线路高强度运行需求。

     

    Abstract: Metal fittings are an important component of overhead transmission lines, and the special operating environment puts higher requirements on the mechanical properties and high temperature resistance of metal fittings. Therefore, the application research of high-strength aluminum alloy metal fittings in overhead transmission lines is proposed. Based on the characteristics and material selection principles of metal fittings in overhead transmission lines, aluminum clad Invar core heat-resistant aluminum alloy gold is selected as the metal fitting material. Based on the commonly used "composite insulator single hanging point single connection Ⅰ-type suspension string" in overhead transmission line engineering, the metal fitting structure is designed through theoretical calculations and processed into high-strength aluminum alloy metal fittings. Taking a certain power project as the background, high-strength aluminum alloy fittings are applied to connect overhead transmission lines. Through performance testing, the failure load of high-strength aluminum alloy fittings is above 190 kN, which has good bearing performance; high-strength aluminum alloy fittings can withstand high temperatures above 180 ℃ and have good high-temperature resistance, which can meet the high-intensity operation requirements of overhead transmission lines.
